Tiffany Brunke, Education Outreach Coordinator / Naturalist
tiffany.brunke@gmail.com

Tiffany hails from Ottawa, ON. Her favourite time of the year was Summer, when she got to spend her days at her cottage on Mississippi Lake with the minnows, crayfish, & frogs and was serenaded to sleep by the waves & call of the loons. Tiffany attended Queen's University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences. She's at home being out in nature and is an avid birder & conservationist. Her mission is to share her curiosity & love of the natural world with people in hopes that it will instill a greater sense of connection & appreciation for nature.

Tiffany Muncaster, Summer Field Technician

Tiffany is a current Ecological Restoration BSc student at BCIT and is aspiring to gain her Professional Biologist designation. She has a diploma in Recreation Fish and Wildlife from Selkirk College and several years of valuable field experience working on a variety of restoration projects throughout British Columbia.

She loves learning about wetland and estuary habitats, their ecological functions and how to restore these unique ecosystems. Tiffany isn’t shy about getting deep into the muck to discover the amazing diversity of life that can be found in these valuable environments.

Silvi Cafarella, Education Outreach Summer Program Coordinator

Silvi lives in Victoria, but will be joining us here in Squamish in late June. She has a BSc in Biology & Geography (with a concentration in GIS) and a Masters of Science from the University of Victoria. Silvi enjoys studying her natural surroundings in situ (up close and personal), but also remotely. Her research and teaching experience has centered on how we can use spatial (space) and temporal (time) statistics to better understand our world and its dynamics.
