Edith Tobe, Executive Director and Project Manager firstname.lastname@example.org Edith is a professional biologist who has her own environmental consulting company. She has bee n working with the SRWS since 1998 and was involved with the original Squamish River Watershed Committee back in 1993. Edith has a degree in Biology from the University of Waterloo, a diploma in Resource Engineering Technology from Seneca College of Applied Arts, and a certificate in Watershed Management from UBC. She has extensive knowledge in watershed management, habitat restoration, hydrology, municipal design, storm water and silt control planning as well as skills in office management, events planning, and computer programming. One of her many passions is mapping wetlands and watercourses and raising awareness on their importance.
Rhonda O'Grady, Education Outreach email@example.com “What we have loved, others will love, and we will teach them how.” - Woodsworth Originally a wanderer of the Manitoba prairie and a Gatineau Hill's wolf whisperer, Rhonda O'Grady comes to the SRWS with over 20 years of experience in the field of environmental education and interpretation. Rhonda has developed and delivered a multitude of environmental education programs, ranging from owl and wolf ecology to wetland and prairie restoration, for all ages and in every possible venue (classrooms to tepees). She has babysat wolves, housed hummingbirds, banded bats and protected giant pandas. Rhonda is extremely excited to be working with the SRWS creating inspiring educational programs and events and looks forward to sharing her love and commitment to our natural world with all who will wander with her.
