Community conservation program

"The best classroom & the richest classroom, is roofed only by the sky." - Margaret McMillan

About the Program

The Community Conservation Program is a joint effort run by the SRWS & the Squamish Streamkeepers. The program runs 2 days a week throughout July & Aug. The intention of the program is to help connect the community with their natural spaces & local conservation-focused organizations. On Saturdays, we'll be partnering up with various local organizations to showcase what they're working on in the community and how you can get involved. On Tuesdays, we'll be organizing fun & educational activities that will get you to slow down and take a closer look at nature.

Come join us at our 'community conservation corner' this Summer! Locations & dates can be found below.
